Sur le plan organisationnel, l’ISDR-KINDU est dirigé par un Comité de Gestion composé de quatre membres dont le Directeur Général assisté par le Secrétaire Général Académique, du Secrétaire Général Administratif et d’un Administrateur de Budget. Notons qu’en plus de ce Comité de Gestion, il existe plusieurs services techniques qui viennent en appui au Comité de Gestion de l’ISDR-KINDU.
